Scholarship
Congratulations to
our 2008 Scholarship recipient,
Mr. Michael Kossey!
Mr.
Kossey is attending Brown University and plans to
study Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
He volunteered with the Special Olympics throughout
high school and looks forward to continuing
volunteerism with an ultimate goal of attaining his
Master’s degree so he may one day help improve the
lives of others’.

The Wall Fire Company No. 1 is organizing and
hosting a fundraiser for one of our residents
who is battling cancer, Jennifer Free Espinal.

October 5th, 2008 From 1 pm – 4 pm at Wall
Fire Company No. 1, 18th Avenue Firehouse,
Belmar
Please come for food, drinks and entertainment
to help Jen's battle.
The fire company is looking for donations of
food
(hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, sandwiches,
etc.)
and beverages (soda, water, juice) for the
event.
If you are
interested in making a monetary donation, you
can do so in person at the event or on their
website at

Donations of food and
beverage can be made prior to the event
(from 10 am – 12 pm) at the firehouse,
or arrangements can be made with
Wall Chamber of Commerce at 848-459-1445.

The Wall Township
Chamber
of Commerce is a voluntary association of
business and professional people working together to
further the growth of the Wall Township business
community and enhance the financial stability and
quality of life of the township. Its sole loyalty is
to its members and to the community in which
their businesses are conducted. Lastly, this chamber
is formed by Wall's people to serve and help its
people. The goal is to help local businesses and
serve the community.
